- Location data: city, state, ZIP code (USA only)
- Vehicle listing content: photos, descriptions, pricing
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe (we never store card details)
- Usage data: app interactions, search queries, viewed listings
- Device information: device type, OS version, push notification token
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To publish and moderate vehicle listings
- To process payments for top placement auctions via Stripe
- To send push notifications about messages, bids, and listing status
- To improve our services and prevent fraud
- To comply with applicable US laws and regulations
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Firebase / Google — cloud infrastructure and analytics
- Law enforcement — when required by law or to prevent fraud

California residents have the right to: know what personal data is collected, request deletion of their data, opt out of sale of personal data (we do not sell data), and non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

Hurricars is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
